At Focus Music, our Pop Guitar Course combines essential guitar fundamentals with practical song-based learning. Instead of spending every lesson on isolated exercises, students progressively develop chords, rhythm, strumming, fingerstyle and song accompaniment skills that can be applied to real songs.
Our Pop guitar course in Singapore is suitable for learners across different ages and experience levels. Lessons can be adjusted according to the student’s pace, confidence, and musical goals.
No previous guitar experience is required. Beginners start with basic chords, rhythm, strumming and simple songs before progressing to smoother chord changes and fuller arrangements.
Students who already know basic chords can develop stronger chord transitions, timing, strumming control, rhythm patterns, fingerstyle and complete-song playing.
Children aged 6 and above can learn through age-appropriate exercises and beginner-friendly songs. Lessons focus on finger placement, basic chords, rhythm, simple strumming and coordination while keeping learning enjoyable and manageable.
