Gary has been teaching vocals since 1998 and has worked with singers at different stages of their musical journey. His lessons focus on getting the basics right, building confidence and helping each student become a more expressive singer.
Gary Tan began his journey in music education in 1998 after graduating from the Singapore Armed Forces Music & Drama Company. He has since dedicated more than 27 years to vocal teaching and developing singers.
Beyond teaching, Gary has also worked as a radio host for YES 933FM's Music Forest programme from 2001 to 2002.
His extensive experience includes coaching aspiring singers, competition participants and professional performers. He is passionate about helping students strengthen their vocal foundations while developing confidence and stage presence.
